Update documentation for halium 10.0

Why does the documentation not include porting to halium 10.0?

I'm a little bit out of the loop with porting - the maturity of the h10 porting process might be a factor

The other reason could be the old, boring, beaten to death wisdom of community projects.... Because nobody has done it yet. Are you volunteering? ;)

I could try to make it! Although I'm 14 and have only ever compiled LineageOS and a couple other ROMs.

Well if you want to take a stab at it. Feel free! I can't say too much about the content of the porting process with H10. I assume you are in the Telegram groups for porting? Maybe float the idea to document it there. I know Ari is there and he has just done a big rewrite and introduction of H9 porting documentation. I can imagine he'd have some advice
