HTML5 RuntimeApi file system access

RuntimeApi The RuntimeApi seems to lack information about some functions.

String getApplicationWritableLocation() Retrieves the fileystem location where the application is allowed to write its data in.

There seems to be functionality to read/write to the file system but it is not documented how to access it. https://api-docs.ubports.com/sdk/apps/html5/RuntimeApi/RuntimeApi.html
