rpm-ostree kargs triggers error about `nfs-utils-coreos`

Using the image ucore-hci:stable-zfs (Version: 39.20240225.3.0) when i attempt to alter the kargs, I am presented with an error.

$ sudo rpm-ostree kargs --append-if-missing=default_hugepagesz=2M --append-if-missing=hugepagesz=1G --append-if-missing=hugepages=3
