supergfxctl plasma widget broken on plasma 6

There's a few problems here.

1. the obvious, the widget is built for plasma 5 and not plasma 6, so how do we fix this?
2. it's a 3rd party copr package, and this kind of situation is why we don't want a lot of 3rd party coprs. :) thankfully, it's @EyeCantCU 's and we can fix it pretty well ourselves.

I'll look at options. If I can fix this I will, and will move it to our ublue-os/staging copr if that works.
