Apps not updated in Gnome UI?

Describe the bug

App in Gnome UI starts old version, not the new one

To Reproduce

Installed Vivaldi 5.7 through fleek add. Updated to Vivaldi 6.0 with fleek update. Clicking Vivaldi in the Gnome UI starts Vivaldi 5.7.

Restarts etc does not help.

Running Vivaldi from Terminal, starts 6.0....

Expected behavior

Update should be reflected in the UI...?

Environment

OS: latest Bluefin 38 with zsh terminal Fleek version 0.8.5 (reinstalled when removed from 38 image)

Nix installed with the then bundled nix installer script and fleek in Bluefin 37.

Additional context

XDG_DATA_DIRS pats looks ok.

Are we missing some updates or conf through home-manager?
