xdg-user-dirs missing

Installed with the .iso and there were none of the usual xdg-user-dirs in my home folder. Installed the package with rpm-ostree and ran xdg-user-dirs-update, now I have them.

I noticed that this was bigger than just the missing dirs as I couldn't find files downloaded with firefox.
