Dell Optiplex 3080 OptiPrevents Bazzite from restarting

Describe the bug

After installing Bazzite from Ventoy, it doesn't boot. Installing from a DVD boots the OS one time, then it never boots again

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the installation to go flawlessly with no issues

As I said in output of 'rpm-ostree status', I'm currently using Windows 11.
