External display brightness issue

Describe the bug

On 41.20250215 and following versions (stable and testing) when connecting external display to laptop (or reconnecting in my case because i use a KVM), the brigthness of that displays increases automatically to 100% which is unusable

in 41.20250215 adn previous the setted brightness matched with the brightness I setted for that display

What did you expect to happen?

After connecting a external display to the laptop, the brightness should be the same as the last value I setted on KDE GUI
