Steam Deck OLED: Wakes itself after I set it to sleep

Describe the bug

When putting steam deck OLED to sleep it wakes up instantly. This happens both in desktop (gnome) and gamemode.

What did you expect to happen?

Steam deck OLED to sleep correctly

NetworkManager sends an interrupt when the device goes to sleep causing it to resume from suspend. Disabling NetworkManager circumvents the issue.
