Far Cry 6 installed via Lutris (uplay) has to controller support im Steam Game Mode

Describe the bug

When i start the game within Steam Game Mode (delegated to Lutris) i got no Controller support. When plugged in a Keyboard and Mouse its playable.

What did you expect to happen?

I would expect Controller Support works for foreign games as well.

When i use the flatpak version of Lutris it works as expected. I got the issue only with the pre installed version.
