feat: add aorus-laptop driver
This PR adds a driver for Gigabyte Aero/AORUS laptops to interact with the embedded controller. It's my first time building an akmod package, so any feedback or suggestions would be really appreciated!

Hello, I see the PR is still open I’d be happy to make any changes if needed. Just let me know!
Thanks for your time! 🙂
We don't generally approve/include new kmods unless there's a plan to include them in Bazzite/Bluefin/Aurora/uCore.
@ledif since you approved, did you have a plan to include this in Aurora. Sometimes this kind of thing is discussed in Discord and the context doesn't carry into a Github issue/PR.
I wasn't aware that there was a policy of not adding kmods unless there is an effort to drive its inclusion into a Universal Blue image. I wasn't planning to include it any of the downstream images myself. What are your thoughts @Ethernium?

I'm fine with doing it myself if there are no issues.
