Support kmod builds for CentOS 10, using ZFS first
We'd like to support ZFS in Bluefin LTS since the kernel is locked in. I suspect ucore will want this for scos based images as well.
Right now it is at 6.12.0-47-el10. Thanks for your consideration!
this is basically a duplicate of #302
A clarification... this effort will enable the general ability to cache kernels and build kmods for CentOS... and ZFS just happens to be the first kmod we'll be building.
I've got a draft PR started in #322 but we are blocked per https://github.com/ublue-os/akmods/actions/runs/14325493004/job/40150123844?pr=322
Looks like we'll need a few EPEL packages added to EPEL 10 which are in 9... rpmrebuild and sbsigntools
