Different Web Comic layout

I am trying to develop a web comic website using your code, but with the main difference of having each comic issue (page) consist of a couple of pages displayed vertically underneath each other and have navigation move from one comic issue to the next.

The two images provided are what my original mock web page looks like. I am not that familiar with JS coding and I have an idea of where the implementation should be made but would greatly appreciate some help.
