Uncertain license - please specify under which license can package be distributed

Hi,

I'm trying to package filecache for Fedora. But I ran into to issue that you didn't specify the license under which this package can be distributed.

In readme there is:

License: BSD, do what you wish with this. Could be awesome to hear if you found it useful and/or you have suggestions. ubershmekel at gmail

The issue is that BSD is a family of licenses (and not all of them are considered by all FOSS licenses). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BSD_licenses

If it's by any chance possible, can you please specify under which license this package can be distributed? I'm kinda assuming you meant to distribute it by BSD-3-Clause but I would like to be sure. (if that's the case, just say so, and I would be more than happy to add license file, and change wording, send you PR, and you would just have to click apply)
