Play with messages and bloodstains + fps unlock?

Play with messages and bloodstains + fps unlock? I've just finished sekiro with the fps unlock and was great so i bought elden ring today and would like to have the classic troll/sometimes helpful messages experience.

like if i dont do any of the other online stuff is it possible to just have the messages and not get banned?

Alternatively if i do get banned will i still be able to play using the fps unlocker and have messages? i don't really care about the online play
