I wouldn't sweat it. This is just another package manager than can conflict with this project.

I'm not sure what you are talking about with the same app installed from different package managers. That doesn't even make any sense. There will be conflicts and the results...

@cobalt2727: I have tried Flatpak. I've also tried Snaps and AppImages. I tend to think all of these extra ways of installing apps is not helping to create anything universal...

jdk8 is a runtime dependency of fop and gtk_doc has a runtime dependency of fop. I agree with @kjperkin. We need to reduce the build dependencies.

The free version is only SE and not the SDK. EDIT: I read that wrong. Apparently, it's still the JDK but not optimized.
