@cstrouse provided some good feedback on how to get started. We already have jdk8 and sellenium_server_standalone packages.

I still get the error after `crew reinstall icu4c`.

@kjperkin: Yes, I think the issue is `llvm-strip` should not be called until AFTER the files from the `icu4c` package are installed.

@satmandu: I get the error with `crew reinstall icu4c`. Try and see for yourself.

I think there is a fundamental problem here. Why are we even attempting to execute llvm-strip if the files are missing?
