Easier way to see channel titles

Currently it seems like channel titles (topics) are only displayed at the very top of the chat view, which is annoying as it requires scrolling all the way. The other option is of course to type /topic.

I would like a setting to display the channel title somewhere more accessible, like in the main top panel thing under the open buffers.

There's a poorly documented way to scroll up quickly. Start scrolling up, then, when the button to quickly scroll down appears (the one with double down arrow), long-tap it. This will get you to the topic in no time. Not sure how to make this more discoverable.

I would still like a way to have the topic visible without scrolling.
