"Please reach out to your Uber Business Development representative for server token access"

Hello when trying to access my server token I saw the following message, but there is no additional information on how to access my representative / who it is / how to proceed. I've noticed for additional access, this message also appears several more times -- is it going to be a big issue moving forward when trying to get full functionality with the Uber API?

I got a response just by contacting the email address [email protected] to have access to the server token to continue my integration. But still, they didn't help me much, they sent me a scope to fill in, and in the reply of the same to 4 days I had no answer. I'm declining my integration, I just wanted to estimate value and time. For finding a bit of neglect, I am studying integrating with other platforms (99 etc).
