Unable to find peloton-client

While following the run instructions for minicluster I am able to get all components installed except for a python library called 'peloton-client' which is not found in the pypi repository and I was unable to find the code to it for a local build. Where can I find this library?

It looks like this used to be on Pypi but has since been removed. I've created an internal ticket to get this added back in. Will respond when it's been added.
