[Question] Does Kraken support fully on prem (no cloud) architecture

Hi, Sorry would have asked this on the Slack channel but it seems not everyone can join. I'd like to use Kraken entirely on-prem syncing from one local network to another. Is this setup possible? I've looked through the documentation and can't find anything that rules it out but does reference hybrid cloud a lot hence my question.
