Reorganize Overview/Core Library sections of the docs

  • Rename Core Library to Library Internals
  • Move general-audience sections (overview, res table) to Overview
  • Add page for gotchas (maybe Caveats or Special Considerations)
  • Add FAQ page (gotchas, distortion/edge length, reference geoid, etc)
