Missing cpe_utils

I see that your repo required some facebook cookbooks to function, but one of them is missing (in FB's repo) : cpe_utils.

We are aware of this and doing our best to come up with an elegant solution for the integration of helper cookbooks from multiple sources (as well as -- hopefully -- the migration path for current users of this now-deprecated-cookbook).

@maotsu Is there any specific cookbook from our repo which you are looking that currently has a dependence upon cpe_utils?

I am actively working on this right now and might be able to prioritize uncouple a cookbook or two for you if you have a couple you were eyeing.
