When add the Honest Tree to the CausalTreeRegressor?

Hi,@alexander-pv. Do you have any plans to add the Honesty Tree to the CausalTreeRegressor?

Hi, @yhxu03993, thanks for the question. I've been thinking about it for a while. However, I haven't got enough time yet to add neat and well-maintained implementation. If no one makes such a PR, I will open it later. I saw EconML have their own version of the tree. Maybe you can use it for now.
