More atomics

Currently only covers UInt8, 16BE, 32BE, the rest should be easy to add by copy/paste boiler plate.

My thrift demo added Int8 and all other signed versions of those guys.

I never implemented doubles or floats but I would need the readDouble or readFloat variants.

All my use cases were big endian.
