why is v3 latest instead of v4

We use renovatebot and it detects only v3 releases

https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/uber-go/tally also shows that v3 is the latest while github shows v4 is the latest. Is v4 stable? If so, how come it doesn't show up as latest version?

Or to use v4 do we have to be explicit ?

I have the same question, I have also seen this same issue for other packages

Now its v5 but that is having a lot of issues so I had to revert it back to v3. Seems Athena Driver is not using the most current version either.
