Display Settings doesn't load in Windows ARM build 21354 after "InstallCerts and Driver.bat"

Hi

I followed the instructions here: https://github.com/ubenmackin/ACVM/#how-to-setup-virtio-gpu-in-the-windows-vm

but when I reboot using virtio-gpu I can login into Windows but Display Settings refuses to start. I see the window opening with the bolt in the middle and then a second later it automatically closes.

Any idea?
