Feature request: Allow users to set an avatar

Feel free to ignore this since it isn't essential but it would be nice if users had the ability to set their own avatar.

Either by virtue of a button that would allow their avatar to sync from Gravatar via their email and directly editing the jpegPhoto field stored within LDAP, or via uploading an image through the user control panel.

The latter is already implemented for FreeIPA with the freeipa-widget-picture plugin and appears relatively simple.
