Filter Panels are not getting created while importing our dataset through loadvcf script.

Hello Team, We were importing our dataset in our genesysv instance we have faced few issues.

1. We faced the Operational error: no such table found: main.core_analysistype__old. So I had to upgrade the django version to 2.1.7 and after that the analysis tab works but the UI is not proper and i'm also unable to login as admin or create the web interface manually. What should I do to get the proper visualisation of UI back?
2. The logs while importing does not show any error but the filters are not seen in the instance. So I'm unable to apply any filters to our dataset. What should I do to create the filter panels.

Unfortunately the developers that managed this project are no longer at our organization and this software is no longer supported. I can leave this issue open in case and user can answer you but we will not be able to help.
