TIER: Flash is forbidden 403 error

According to the documentation the scooters should flash with a POST Request to https://platform.tier-services.io/v1/vehicle/<vehicle-id>/flash

However, the request results in a 403 error when using the provided API-Key "bpEUTJEBTf74oGRWxaIcW7aeZMzDDODe1yBoSxi2". Although the documentation only states 401 as possible result error code.

Next to an API key (personal/from registering in the app), the flash function needs an X-Firebase-Auth time and rate limited access-token.
