hi fix rank Vip in GCB

plz fix it

& all commands to Whisper display Except Command : Staff

Can you be more clear on what the bug is? Is the system message not being sent, or do you mean you don't want it to be sent, or the rank is wrong?

To change a command to display via whisper, you can look in "public String command" and find the corresponding chatthread.queueChat, and then change ANNOUNCEMENT to member.userID so it gets sent as whisper.
