Colorbar title in Matplotlib backend

Hello,

Today I noticed that for any type of 'force globe' plotting, the colorbar title is hardcoded to say 'l2 norm.'

As an example, here are two plots I created. One is the misfit tradeoff with different orientations of force, and the other is the magnitude tradeoff with the different orientations. Both of them have a colorbar title that says 'l2 norm,' which is problematic for the magnitude tradeoff.

Hi @ammcpherson , I've open a PR which aligns the colorbar customization with the Lune plots. I will close the issue when I merge the PR!
