Create an open id connect compatible API for favorites

Is the favorites management can be part of a such feature ? Favorites are managed only from ajax call (from portletController) and are not protected by oidc.

After talking with @ChristianMurphy (thanks man) to track back the feature, I think the whole favorites controller should become a REST API, the user can add/remove and order his favorites.
