code blocks highlighting don't work correctly.

Expected behavior

code should be highlighted nicely.

I have problems too with code highlighting, when I set the option {linesnos=false} the codeblock seems to work perfectly. Without that option, the render shows a variable number of empty lines at the begining of every codeblock.
