Transformation settings is blank in admin

Transformation settings is blank in admin i can not see any option as shown here : https://github.com/tzyganu/Switcher/wiki/configuration

i downloaded zip file and uploaded in my magento folder, cleared cache still can not see it

Also i have disabled magento built in swatches

Make sure you have configurable attributes.
