Deprecation Warnings

Looks like we're seeing GitHub Actions deprecation warnings with the latest version of pr-update-action:

  • Node.js 12 actions are deprecated. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 16: tzkhan/pr-update-action
  • The set-output command is deprecated and will be disabled soon. Please upgrade to using Environment Files. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-10-11-github-actions-deprecating-save-state-and-set-output-commands/

I noticed this the other day. If you rely on this, I've forked this repo and fixed the deprecation

Only thing to be aware of is that you need to specify permissions for the action at the top of the yaml file - see the example on my repo for what exactly to add - otherwise it's a drop in replacement
