Capster Capster graphic/color suggestion

Thanks for Capster. It's a great idea, especially for those of us who touch-type. The graphic shown in the menubar status item and the Growl notifications is nice. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as well for folks who are red-green colorblind. May I recommend a graphic that's filled in ("lit up") for on, and a hollow frame ("dark", same as now) for off? That would give an instant visual cue similar to the LED on the actual key. You wouldn't even need two colors then ... the green would be sufficient. This would also work for indicating Caps Lock status via the monochrome status menu item (which currently does not indicate status).

Thanks a lot for your commend. You're the first one to comment on the app, so I appreciate it. I have to admit I didn't think of it when I created the icons. I will definitely add a choice which doesn't use colors, although I will keep the Greek/Red one, because I personally prefer it. I am thinking more in the lines of a caps lock icon for on, and a caps lock icon with a strikethrough like this http://image.shutterstock.com/display_pic_with_logo/471235/471235,1252509120,1/stock-photo-strikethrough-cigarette-36782593.jpg minus the circle. I could use that for both the status bar icon and the notification icon. What do you think?

The slash-through would probably work just fine as well. Having an option to make the icons the same color as the text would be nice for that.

i was giving it some thought, and decided to keep it simple for the notification, and just add the slash-through on the current red icon. here's what it looks like, i hope you like it: http://img848.imageshack.us/i/capsternewicon.png/

For the status bar icon, i'll just add a slash-through for the black icon when off and for the red icon too
