rev2a uses discontinued MOSFET transistor

SOT-23-3 MOSFET 2N7002 is a discontinued part that can no longer be purchased once existing stock runs out.

This is not an urgent issue as many distributors still have >10,000 in stock.

BOM and ideally schematic should use an available part.

This part is not used on the rev1.
