jlcpcb pcb options and build notes

Hi Nick,

I've become a big fan of your djinn creation, and was able to find all of the components and so I proceeded to jlcpcb for the first time to get the pcb made. After loading the gerber files for the main pcb, a number of options are automatically populated on their webtool. e.g., copper weight = 1oz, via covering = tented, surface finish = hasl (w/lead), etc.

Are all the necessary options already pre-selected by default after loading the gerber files? or are there some options that should be changed to have the pcb made correctly? And would changing any other options on their webtool be at all advantageous?

Also, according to your build notes, it sounds like all components are to be mounted on one side of each panel except for USB-C and LCD 1x09 connectors, is this right?

Although st-link and spi flash components are listed as optional, it wouldn't hurt to mount these on the pcb would it? e.g., if you add functionality in the future that requires these to be on board?
