Make it more configurable on fly

Dear @tzapu first of all I would like to thank you for this nice sketch/app I use it using an ESP8266 (WeMos D1 mini). I need an extension to your sketch, with the on the fly switching baud rates. hey, sorry for the late reply. i have not touched esps in a few years or these projects so I can t be of much help, hope you sorted it in the mean time tho
