how do I report against multiple orgs

I am trying to use this against a Github enterprise instance. How would I report on multiple orgs?

Thanks for using Github Comment Counter! :) Unfortunately, it currently can't support multiple orgs... I can try and see if I can make that enhancement, but it seems like the underlying design is quite coupled with the notion of single org.

I'll take that request into account if and when I get to add significant enhancements here (I've been thinking of improving this old, slow, single-threaded implementation for a while now), but can't guarantee that it actually happens.
