Requiring captcha can be a slippery slope when it comes to people just testing it out. Probably would just make it an option to have it rather than a requirement.

If it's required, it should be required to set the key and secret upon turning on the feature in the config rather than digging and realizing you had to set...

It also should disable itself in prior versions if the fields aren't filled in.

@usama-kabel You can build out your own forms using the layout editor in `Admin > Forms > Layouts` but any other form has to be built out in the `interface/forms`...

@bradymiller This fixes the issue at hand, but does create another issue explained in #5768 which will need addressing later on.

This actually is an enhancement that is well needed -- the documents folder could move to different locations on a file system like a separate drive or different folder location....
