A question about the main "engine" of using adb on the device...

Is it based on another repository that perhaps I can use without license limitations? I want to use adb on the device like here and like on Repainter app, but I just want the basic functionality of using adb on the device itself.

Perhaps you could split the current repository to the app and the adb part?
