Thumbnail image in Facebook post

Hi

Given that many are, justifiably, suspicious of clicking unknown links, does anyone know of getting a more informative thumbnail image in Facebook than this:

An image of an area of the map would be more informative.

Not sure how this is supposed to work. A similar question for osm.org is open since many years, exactly for the reason that there's no proper service to return an area of a map as an image. I find this requirement a bit off topic for this site, even if it would be technically feasible.
