Query returning variable data based on bbox/zoom level

Hi I'm not 100% certain the is a Turbo or API problem, but it's the best way to visualise

[bbox:{{bbox}}];
nwr["ref:crs"][railway!=station];  
out center;.

The above code, correctly, doesn't return any entities in this query: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/RiD

However, about 50% of the time, if I zoom out , or pan around , it returns some, but not all railway=station objects with the ref:crs tag. Can anyone confirm they're getting the same results?

Will do, although it appears to have now settled down & works correctly at all times.
