DependentStyle Support

Hey,

does hayagriva support the use of dependent csl styles yet? Since CitationRequest takes IndependentStyle as style argument I couldn't figure out how to use dependent csl styles.

It would appear that dependent styles are quite limited, having no styling instructions of their own and simply linking to an existing independent style. I'm not sure if I understood correctly from the spec, but looking at some examples^1, it would appear that we would need to perform network requests to be able to fetch the original style, which doesn't seem viable. Does this check out? And is there a specific style you are trying to use?
