Regarding C# support, you can run the webserver yourself or use the public instance, and just use the native C# libraries to make http requests to the service. In this context, it's accessible from any language. Does this make sense?

Was wondering whether @abbynucup meant .NET/C# implementation of the server for self hosting, or asking for client API to call the service to send SMS, it's not clear in the original post. Although @soondobu's comment addresses how to deal with both for now.
