Some data label are not rendering

In some situations some data labels are not rendered when placed on end of bar. See example with vertical bar and example with horizontal bar - label for "5" is outside of the image. A workaround with top layout padding can be applied for vertical bars, but for horizontal bars it's not quite determinable how much padding is enough (with dynamic data values label length can vary).
