File auto/hot-reloading still not working

I recently updated to version 1.10.8, I hadnt updated in few years, and now the auto/hot-reloading does not work anymore. This is vital feature as i prefer to edit text in neovim.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Markdown file in Typora
  2. Open and edit same file in seperate software
  3. Save the file in that software
  4. Typora doesnt update. as it used to

Expected behavior Once saved in external program typora should automatically update

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows 11 64bit

Typora Version 1.10.8

Experiencing the same issue on OSX 15.6 with Typora 1.11.7. Typora should prompt for update/reload.
