Headings: right click to copy hyperlink

Background

While editing a file, sometimes you want to refer to a different heading in that same file.

Example:

Build instructions

Buildy build build...

Test instructions

Before testing, you must complete the build as per the build instructions.

To do this currently, today it is necessary for you to know the slug rules to make this URL.

Please add "copy heading link" when right clicking a heading in the main window and also when right clicking in the table of contents left side bar.

After doing this, the text like #some-heading is copied to clipboard.
